Why isn’t my ad showing up?
Once you have submitted your ad along with the payment, our publishers have to approve your ad which might take up-to 24 hours. But mostly it will be up within 10-20 minutes after submission.

Breed Category is not listed on Getapuppy.ca?
If your breed category is not listed on the site. Send an email to info@getapuppy.ca and we’ll create a new category for you.

Can I pay for my ads by cheque?
You can pay by cheque. just let us know before you sign up by emailing sales@getapuppy.ca and we’ll email you an invoice with the details.

I don’t have a Paypal account, can I still pay with credit card?
Yes you can. You don’t need to have a Paypal account to pay with a credit card. Just choose the Paypal option and follow the easy instructions.

Can I put links in my ads?
You can hyperlink any text in your ad by using the text edit tool in your account.

When do you tweet my ads?
Once your ad is approved by our team, Getapuppy.ca will send out a tweet of your ad which brings great exposure!

Not getting any automated responses?
Be sure to check your junk mail where some email providers like Hotmail or Yahoo might send the first response to your junk mail. Once you remove the auto notification from your junk mail the next ones should appear in your inbox.
